Fairground ride art

" I connected a gas generator and air compressor to buckets of paint and secured them into the seats of a Scrambler amusement park ride. Once the ride was in motion, paint sprayed out of the benches onto vinyl tarps placed underneath. The result is a series of enormous hypocycloid designs which recorded the hidden patterns created by the ride as it turned."

I think though that to be in keeping with the materials she should have used buckets of different-coloured vomit, rather than paint.

Poor Viv

The West Indies have just lost their last 6 wickets for 13, in 44 balls. Poor old Viv Richards in the TMS box is torn between tears and fury -- the English commentators are tiptoeing around him warily.

Time was when I would have been cheering mightily, but even as a diehard England supporter I feel a bit sorry for them. It's not like England were bowling particularly well. Top-level cricket could die out altogether in the West Indies inside a generation, if they don't manage to pick up a bit from their current utterly woeful state.
