undyingkingJust a quick plug for my yoga teacher Katharine, who's organizing a fundraiser for Cancer Research UK, involving next Monday doing 108 surya namaskara (sun salutations). If you've done yoga you can probably imagine what that's going to be like... I suspect I would flake out after about 8. If you're inspired, she's got a Justgiving page for it.
